For the preparation of our Bread, we exclusively choose the use of ancient grains grown between Marmilla and Campidano, such as Spelt, Trigu Cossu, Solibam, and other varieties.

 

The ingredients we use include quality semolinas, sourdough starter, salt, and pure Oligomineral Aquamea water.

 

We are dedicated to respecting the natural fermentation times.

 

Overnight, the dough slowly develops to offer you genuine and easily digestible Bread.

 

We invite you to value every slice of our bread, avoiding waste and fully enjoying its authenticity.

 

Based on daily availability, it is possible to purchase or reserve the whole Bread to enjoy at home,

its value is 8€ per unit.
